Subscriptions renew automatically, with charges to app store accounts. Users manage subscriptions through app store settings. Deleting Primo Nautic accounts does not affect subscriptions managed through app store settings.

Using the website, application, and services is at user's sole risk. Primo Nautic, affiliates, employees, agents, third-party content providers, and licensors do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free service, nor guarantee results, accuracy, reliability, or content quality.

No Liability for User Conduct
The company is not liable for defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct of other users, third parties, or third-party-generated content appearing on platforms.

Primo Nautic, parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, employees, agents, third-party content providers, licensors, and involved parties are not liable for damages—direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive—arising from use or inability to use services.
